Kitlope invited me to come here a few months ago but I never came over. I came across the email again so I figured it was time to make an appearance

For those who don't know me, I am an encoder of music and movies. I got started by doing things the hard way - ripping "by hand" and using the Command window to convert the .WAV files to .FLAC. I've since learned how to set up EAC to do the job and haven't looked back.

I like computers and the internet in general and, as I am currently unemployed I spend a lot of time online. I'm also a supporter of the KvCD movie format and have encoded many of those as well. I'm just gearing up to teach myself how to encode H.264 movies.

Thanks to kitlope for the invite. I'm looking forward to joining in the discussions here.
