FlacMonkey's DAC

Hey FM,

I saw you started a thread on P's inquiring about DAC's. However, I think you were banned before the thread came to it's conclusion. So, what DAC did you end up buying?

I didn't buy anything yet

but I'm thinking about a squeezbox for now. The transporter seems audiophile enough, but very expensive. The squeezebox does more than just a dac and would go well with my setup. But I won't buy anything before some time.

I've actually recently learned about the squeezebox, and have read nothing but great things about it. Have you gotten one yet, FM? If you have, please let us know what you think about it.

It's going to be at a least a couple months before I'm going to be able to pick one up. I'm pretty excited about it though.
