Its a little ripper. www.dbpoweramp.com

The thing I like about it is the jukebox function. You just scroll through your music collection and add your songs to the queue. Just like a juke box.

If you couldn't be fagged with that you just set it to random and it goes through your entire colection....... er randomly

Very low usage specs, I have mine running on my seedbox which is a P3 366 laptop with 96mb ram running XP. EDIT " and it can still convert and play every codec out there over a network share" /EDIT

It hasn't been updated for a few years but they have a new player in the works which promoses to be everything and more.

I also run his Asset UPnP music server which is still only relatively new but is pretty bloody cool. It's everything twonky should be, and works perfectly with my Denon AVR 4308

As an A/V server for use in the lounge (where the kids are allowed !) I use PS3 Media Server. http://ps3mediaserver.org What a ball tearer. It just goes to show what a versatile little beast a PS3 Slim can be.

Cheers and Beers

Oz
