Well, he runs on that stuff. I can't really call instant coffee a real coffee... it's more like an ersatz. Or something astronauts would take in space.

Tripe!!
I love a cup of Kenco Decaffeinated in the morning and then I really go for it sometimes and have a freshly mixed sachet of Nescafe Instant Cappuccino!
Mmm lovely!

You are being serious?
Too serious for me in that case mate, I'll leave voluntarily if you're an example of the hospitality!

I feel the exact same way when I hear the word "Decaffeinated".

Yeah I have to admit that I have always thought the same. even when persuaded to try it in the past I would hate the 'empty' taste it had.rogercc wrote:Decaffienated? Is'nt that like alcohol without the alcohol, cigerrettes without nicotine?
But health reasons apparently brought advice to lower caffeine intake so I thought I'd try a jar of it and I quickly got used to it and stopped having any caffeine at all. It's a cliché but I felt so much better after the first few days of headaches and a bit of irritability!
Being caffeine free is good.
However I like cappuccino like I said and always stop for one on my way to and from town in this great little place that claims to use the same coffee beans that the queen of England orders in, as he used to work for the company that supplies them!
So how can I pass the place when the coffee really is so good?!
(This should be in the ground coffee section now lol!)
So now I kind of DO have caffeine and I kind of DON'T.
Heh. Ballsed it up is what I'm saying

Nothing coming from Apu is to be taken seriously...
Please do support instant coffee as much as you like. Craft is on your side too. So there's the two of you
Re: craft's Favourite
I drink instant every day in the morning but only NESCAFÉ and only with milk that means i mix it with milk no water at all. With water it just tastes horrible for me. Oh and if i make the mix with only milk i drink it without sugar since the milk sugar itself its fine for me.

I think the world may be ending, this conversation is one of the signs of the apocalypse, at least I am pretty sure this is mentioned in revelations somewhere...

For Apu and all the others: I feel pity for those who haven't tasted a glass of cold instant coffee and pitier for those who tasted and passed it by. ~tolis (circa 2010)

I'm not a fan of instant coffee but I will drink it. Hell, I'll drink most anything... back in my younger days rum straight out of the bottle was the beverage of choice

I did that too. rhum ambré, from this:
It was best mixed with fruit juices or used for other cocktails, but sometimes I would really enjoy it straight from the bottle. And the size was perfect for my pockets.
